Spectrum is
extremely proud of its staff which brings a wide range of technical
and educational experience for providing effective environmental
solutions to our clients. Our key staff has more than 125 combined
years of professional experience in providing environmental
permitting and compliance services to industrial and government
clients. Our staff holds degrees in Meteorology, Earth and
Atmospheric Science, Environmental Science, Environmental Science
and Policy, Biology, Geology, Business Management and Law, including
advanced degrees in Meteorology and Geology. The following is a
broad summary of our key staff capabilities. |

Air Quality
We
have successfully managed over 50 air quality permitting projects
associated with the preparation of Title V operating permits and
obtaining air construction permits for planned new major sources and the
major modification of existing sources. Our air permitting experience
includes projects for the cement, paint, iron and steel, aluminum, lead,
and fossil and nuclear utilities industries. We also have extensive
experience in the preparation of NOx RACT plans for cement
and incinerator plants; and multimedia environmental permitting
experience for cogeneration projects.
Spectrum has more than
30 years of experience in modeling atmospheric constituents in support
of industrial clients, as well as NASA and NSF funded research projects.
Our experience also includes long range transport modeling and modeling
of atmospheric pollutant constituents. This experience in integrating
the relevant meteorological parameters, topographical setting, and
emission characteristics of a facility allows for thorough and accurate
modeling.

General Environmental
Our key staff has
more than 80 years of combined experience in providing technical
services program management experience in delivering support services
for major technical programs; and developing strategic approaches to
licensing issues in the geological, environmental, waste management,
hazardous waste and architect/engineering industries. This includes
experience in providing expert licensing support services to Federal and
state government and commercial organizations for the building of
critical infrastructure such as medical, hazardous waste, military, and
transportation facilities. Spectrum staff has experience in
environmental management for federal, state, and local governments, and
industrial clients.

We provide
environmental permitting, audits, hazardous materials compliance, ASTM Phase
I/II, SPCCs, stormwater pollution prevention plans, emergency
response/contingency planning, hazardous materials transportation security
plans, and maritime security plans. We have conducted hundreds of Phase I and II
site investigations, performed risk assessments, designed corrective action
plans and remediation systems, developed and implemented both compliance and ISO
14000 management systems throughout the United States.
