Spectrum is a small, woman-owned business certified as a minority business (MBE/DBE) by the Maryland DOT (No.06-414); LDBE by MWAA, and as a DBE in a number of MD County governments.
Spectrum services are now available to Federal government clients through the GSA schedule for: Environmental Compliance Services, SIN 899-2.
Spectrum Environmental Sciences, Inc. (Spectrum), a woman-owned small business, has been providing technical environmental consulting services for more than ten years. Spectrum offers comprehensive environmental permitting, compliance, and management services to commercial and non-commercial clients. Our staff has extensive experience in working for large and small industrial clients as well as providing services to local, State, and Federal agencies.

Spectrum consists of environmental professionals who are dedicated to working closely with our clients to provide them with “personalized service.” Each team member offers both broad experience and specific expertise and talent that give Spectrum the ability to offer a complete set of environmental consulting services.
